What hours are the Village Office open?
The Village Office is open from 9:00 AM-3:00 PM Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday and Thursday. We are closed Saturday and Sunday
May I burn trash and leaves inside the village limits?
Only yard waste generated on your own property may be burned. Burning may only take place during daylight hours when an adult is present.

What is the process for getting a building permit?
Take a moment to read all required information provided. Then print and fill out the building permit application form and return to the village hall. Should you have any additional questions, please feel free to give us a call or send us an email. We will be happy to help you.

Who do I call for a power outage?
You can call Ameren at 1-800-755-5000 and see the power outages in your area at https://outagemap.ameren.com/
Sanitation & Recycling
What day is the recycling container emptied?
My bill is past due can I get an extension?

When is my bill due?
Water/sewer bills are due by the close of day on the 15th of each month.
What day does water get shut off?
If your bill is unpaid by the close of business on the 25th your water is subject to be turned off.
